  • Bald Knob Choir students Kaylee Shepard, Alex Walsh, Mindy Johnson, Timothy Gilbee, and Blake Morris will be traveling to Dallas Feb. 29- March 3 to practice and perform with the Southwestern Division of the American Choral Directors Honor Choir. These students auditioned and were chosen from hundreds of students over a seven state area. A lunch fundraiser will be held Feb. 17 to help raise funds. A barbecue plate lunch will be available for pickup at the Bald Knob Community In Christ Church from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. Tickets are $6. Delivery is available for orders of six or more.   • The Bald Knob Lady Bulldogs and the Future Business Leaders of America hosted a "Pink Out" night during a recent conference basketball game between the Lady Bulldogs and the Lady Wildcats of Harding Academy. During the week, both schools sold pink bracelets to raise funds. Pink T-shirts were also available for the evening. Between games, FBLA members collected money from crowd as well as working the concession stand to raise funds for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The effort raise $1,500 for the foundation.
